If you wish to withdraw from the Home Education program, please send a withdrawal letter with the following information to Mrs. Meghan Lloyd at 2932 Zephyr Blvd. Whitehall, PA 18052

• Child’s name
• School and District the child will be enrolled
  • If moving out of the Whitehall-Coplay School District, but continuing a Home Education program, the name of the school district the Home Education program will be completed.
• Enrollment date at the new school district

Once this information is received, we will verify with the new school district and send Home Education records to that school. If you are withdrawing to attend a Cyber or Charter school, the Home Education Withdrawal Process must be completed.
