Educational Trip Form

There will no longer be a separate educational trip form. All absences should be entered using the Student Absence Form in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

Directions

1. Navigate to the PowerSchool Parent Portal

2. Choose General Forms

3. Complete the Absence Excuse Form

This form should be used for lates, planned absences, and unplanned absences.
