Whitehall Coplay School District Facility Use Request:

Welcome to WCSD Facilities! Below is a quick guide to help you submit a request for the use of our school facilities.

Please choose the appropriate link based on your affiliation:

• If you are a Whitehall-Coplay School District Employee, please use Whitehall’s internal scheduling software (Event Manager) to request the use of facilities.
• If you are a community member or you represent an outside organization, please complete the WCSD Facility Use Request Form.
