2021/2022 School Year Information

  • Contained within the 2021/2022 School Year Website is information about the instructional models for the 2021/2022 school year.  

    Elementary students will be able to select between the five-day, in-person traditional instructional model or the Whitehall-Coplay Virtual Learning Program (VLP).  If interested in the VLP, parents will need to submit a request for enrollment no later than July 9, 2021.  Information about the programs and enrollment process are listed in the web page under “Elementary Learning Models.”  CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION

    Secondary students will be able to select between the five-day, in-person traditional instructional model, the VLP, or the Learn at Home (LAH) models.  If interested in the VLP or LAH, parents will need to submit a request for enrollment no later than July 9, 2021.  Information about the programs and enrollment process are listed in the web page under “Secondary Learning Models.” CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION

    Furthermore, the website also contains information on the WCSD Summer 2021 Health and Safety Plan and the 2021/2022 School Year WCSD Pandemic Recovery Plan.  Information on both can be accessed on the page menu.  

    Moving forward, you can expect the following further information and communication:

    • If needed, a Frequently Asked Questions page will be added to the 2021/2022 School Year webpage.
    • During the week of July 12, 2021, families will be notified about the proposed Health and Safety Plan for the 2021/2022 school year.
    • By July 16, 2021, each family will be notified of the instructional model that their child or children are enrolled in for the 2021/2022 school year.
    • During the week of August 9, 2021, the District will send families the approved Health and Safety Plan for the 2021/2022 school year.
    • By August 15, 2021, schools will send families copies of proposed student schedules for the start of the 2021/2022 school year.
