Real Estate Tax Payments
School real estate taxes are sent out as of July 1st and are due by August 31st in order to qualify for a 2% discount. The gross or face amount is collected September 1st through October 31st, and the 10% penalty amount is collected November 1st through December 31st. Three installment payments are also available for real estate school taxes.
