To ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable game-day experience for all students, families, and fans, Whitehall Athletics has updated its Bag and Food & Beverage Policy for all home sporting events.

Please review the quick guide below before heading to the venue:

What’s Allowed:
Clear Bags: Plastic, vinyl, or PVC (maximum 12" x 6" x 12").

Small Clutch Bags: Can be non-clear (maximum 6" x 9").

Essential Bags: Medically necessary bags and diaper bags (subject to inspection).

Participant Gear: Approved gear bags for athletes, band members, and event participants (subject to inspection).

What’s Prohibited:
Bags: Large purses, backpacks (all styles/sizes), cinch bags, coolers, briefcases, and non-participant equipment bags.

Food & Outside Drinks: No outside meals, fast food, snacks, or personal reusable tumblers/containers (e.g., Stanley or Yeti cups).

Exceptions: Medically necessary dietary needs (with documentation) and infant formula/baby food are permitted after security inspection.

Note: All permitted bags are subject to security inspection upon entry. Failure to comply with policy guidelines may result in denied entry or immediate ejection from the venue. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle prior to entry.
