Follow the link below to acess the technology work order portal. Please note that the One to One Plus portal requires you to log in using your school-issued Google account.
How do I view my tickets?
If you have tickets that have not been resolved/closed you can view them by signing back into the 1to1Plus portal and clicking ‘My Tickets’. If you press the notepad symbol on the right, you can edit your ticket information and view notes.
How do I reply to a note left on my ticket?
You will receive an email with the note that was added to your ticket. At the top of the email you can click the blue ticket link. This will automatically take you to the page where you can press “+ Add” on the right hand side in notes.
How do I cancel my ticket?
To cancel your ticket, sign back into the 1to1Plus portal. Head to ‘My Tickets’, find the ticket you would like to cancel. After finding the ticket, please press the notepad button and add a note saying you would like to cancel.
Who do I email for general Chromebook questions or help signing into One to One Plus?
