Day Of Instructions

  • When you enter the building on Wednesday, there will be counselors and administrators directing you to your rooms, which will be based on your homeroom.

     BRING TO EXAM:

    • Approved calculator (see approved devices here--we will NOT have enough extra calculators for everyone)

    • No. 2 pencils, sharpened. No mechanical pencils or pens are allowed.

     DO NOT BRING TO EXAM:

    • All smart devices will be collected during the exam, so if there is anything that can be left at home, please do so.

DAY OF INSTRUCTIONS: Busses will pick up students taking the PSAT at their regularly scheduled time to come to school. Students will be assigned to classrooms by homeroom. Every effort will be made to practice appropriate social distancing protocols. Upon completion of the PSAT students will be permitted to leave school. The testing window is usually 4 hours in length.

    • AM LCTI Students who are testing will not go to LCTI that day. You will report right to your testing room at 7:45am. Any PM LCTI students will need to arrange transportation if they choose to attend LCTI upon test completion. You will not be finished by 11am when buses depart.

    • LUNCHES: Upon the completion of the assessment, students will go to their scheduled lunches and classes for the remainder of the day. If you have a first or second lunch and miss all or part of your lunch, you will report directly to the CAF upon completion of the test and then report to your Period 5 class. Students who test should visit their teacher’s Google Classroom for any assignments and instructions they miss during their AM classes on 10/12/22.
